I was working at a company, but the salary was low. One of my uncles, who owns a company, came to my place and asked me to quit my job and join his company. He promised to provide a better job and accommodation. He also paid 3000 AED as a penalty to my previous employer so that I could be released.

However, due to a small family issue, he later said that he could not keep his promise. He cancelled my visa and sent me back to my country.

Can I take any legal action against him? Now I don't have a job I'm struggling with manage my family
