Just outside Calgary, Alberta.

Looking at Google Earth history, it looks like the "ruins" appeared in 2007, and there are a few 360 photos of the area on Google Maps street view where you can see facades that say "Librairie Roux" and "Boulangerie"/"Patisserie". Can anyone identify where these structures came from, or find a history for this location/area?

There are other strange things nearby, like sideroads that lead to empty cleared circles or squares of land.
