Bike riding
11 days since my total hip replacement, anyone out there ride bikes as exercise? How long before you got back on the bike? I’m 63, and ride mainly gravel/ road courses, I do have a MT bike but that will be further down the road. I don’t ride fast, mainly tried to increase mileage/ and compete with myself.
