I'm a Korean player, and I've been hearing that many of my fellow countrymen are ruining the game experience for others by being toxic or throwing matches.

I want to ask the Japanese players here: In your actual matches, how frequently does this happen? Is it a common issue, or just a few bad apples? I'm curious to hear your thoughts.
