This one was very time intensive and RNG heavy towards the end. The biggest problem is that there is no scouter on this team, which makes the Daima phase and Super Gogeta extremely scary. I played around with another Vegeta and Trunks as the friends lead, but the extra Blue Vegeta active and leader skill stats is just too valuable. I definitely think it’s possible with a couple of other different units, but this was the most consistent option.
Rotations were LR Vegeta and Trunks+the Blues and LR Goku Black+the Blues. Blue Vegeta’s active is easily the most valuable thing on the team. The Zamasu active hits extremely hard even without the HP condition as long as it Crits. Vegeta and Trunks are completely safe in slot 1 as long as they Super every single appearance.
The other units don’t have to do insane damage, but they do need to be able to survive towards the end. LR Future Gohan’s revive is good to have, but he’ll most likely use it up during the SSJ Goku phase. Future Trunks’ active turn with guaranteed dodge is easily the best part of this unit. The Androids are completely safe from normals as long as they get orbs and they completely negate Gogeta and Vegito’s supers. I don’t even need to explain why their active is good. Lastly, PHY Vegito Blue is a massive gamble towards the end, but his support and rainbow orb changing is massive. The only normals he took damage from were Super Gogeta’s, but he only did one super for me that turn, so I’m sure he’s safe with an additional one.
While this was a pretty frustrating challenge, it felt so good to get the W. Easily the most satisfying Festival challenge I’ve done. If you have any extra questions please feel free to ask!
