Thousand Trails Cancellation
My boyfriend and I both work remotely, our plan was to get a rv and travel using the thousand trails membership. We got the highest package there was to book the most in advance and longer stays.
Our camper was delivered broken: dead batteries, latches were broke, leveling system wouldn’t work, we ended up declining the RV and got our money back.
I reached out to our lovely agent who was very helpful with the sign up. He signed me up not even a week prior. Emailed and called left multiple voicemails. He has not responded. I left a message on the thousands trails membership website requesting a call. No call back. I requested another for a “new membership” they called me within an hour. After I explain I would like to cancel bc our rv fell through. They need to approve by a supervisor and it takes up to a week for cancellation. It’s been over two weeks now. I have sent in a written request via mail. Now going to try to dispute the charges with all my receipts.
Has anyone had any luck with cancellations? This is a 8k membership. Over $300 a month.. IM STRESSED! lol any recommendations?
