I’m trying to decide between two PCs for gaming and wanted some opinions.

I’ll be using an ultrawide OLED monitor LG 45GS95QE-B at 3440x1440 240Hz
The games I play most are Overwatch, Marvel Rivals , Fortnite and I also want to play story games like God of War, The Last of Us, Cyberpunk, etc.

The important thing is that both PCs are practically the same price($1700)

PC 1: Alienware Aurora ACT1250
Intel Core Ultra 9 285

RTX 5080 16GB

32GB DDR5 5200

1TB NVMe SSD

1000W Platinum PSU

240mm liquid cooling

PC 2: Custom build
Ryzen 9 7950X

RTX 4080 Eagle 16GB

MSI PRO X670-P WIFI

32GB DDR5 6000

1.8TB Corsair MP600 NVMe

Corsair RM1000x

Corsair 360mm AIO

Corsair case with 7 fans

I know the custom build seems better overall in terms of cooling, motherboard, RAM, storage, and upgradeability, but the Alienware has the stronger GPU.
Which one would you choose mainly for ultrawide gaming, and why?
