Peace Equalizer has suddenly stopped working for games (PC/Windows11)
I was messing around with my equalizer settings trying to get it to work with some new wireless headphones, gave up, switched back to my wired headphones, uninstalled and reinstalled peace (installed as sfx/mfx) on all my audio devices, my default device is Headphones, Realtek (R) Audio, I restore my presets from my backup. And my equalizer settings work just fine on things like youtube, but as soon as I play a game like minecraft or helldivers 2, Peace no longer works. I've done what people have suggested elsewhere (control panel - sound - disable exclusive mode) but it doesn't make a difference. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled peace (but I havent uninstalled and reinstalled equalizer APO yet) and restored my backup settings but it hasn't made a difference. I'm wondering whats happened and how I can fix peace working for games on PC again.
Edit: Fixed the Problem. Turned out I'm an idiot and made a rookie mistake. In the troubleshooting options on the Peace Configurator I changed my audio device to 'Install as Sfx/Efx (Experimental). Gonna leave this up in case it's useful to anyone.
