Dont worry i know im dumb - i know that being below 80% DTC means a deducted bonus, but if you are below 80% (like 76%), does that mean you have 0% chance of promotion if your snapshots, reinvest, and performance are really strong? and you have multiple directors vouching for you

does it make you completely ineligible or just hurts your chances? (And how much?)
