I'm looking for an appointment setter to help me out and close new clients. I'm a copywriter doing some gigs online, though I want to expand and get bigger and better clients, but all the outreach literally takes 90% of my time.

So I need someone to take on the task of being my appointment setter and do the outreaching part while I deliver banger results to the client,

In exchange, you'll literally get 20% of whatever profit I make (which basically makes you my partner),

BUT even if you don't close anyone at the end, I'll still give you a super good testimonial that you can use to build authority and get another client in the future.

REQUIREMENTS:

Now I'm not going to list 100s of requirements that no one is going to match, You don't need a PHD, 10 years of experience or some kind of BS to work for me, You just need to fill in these 5 criteria:

#1 Enthusiasm
I want a guy who loves what they're doing, and who doesn't feel like they're being obligated to do work, but who actually likes doing it and wants to do it the best way they can, and just someone who brings great energy with themselves.

#2 Clarity on what you want

I need someone who has a clear vision of where they want to be in a year. If your goal is to get better at sales, build real experience, and grow fast, this is the perfect place to do that. I just need to know that you're here with a purpose, not just looking for any random gig.

#3 Honesty and Integrity

I need someone I can trust. Not a person who lies about experience or uses shady tactics with prospects, I want honest communication with me and with the people you're reaching out to.

#4 Social Skills

This one's kind of obvious, but you need to actually be good at talking to people. Not scripted-robot good, but naturally engaging, easy to talk to, and someone who can hold a real conversation and make prospects feel comfortable.

#5 Track Record

Have you done any sales, outreach, or appointment setting before? If yes, awesome, tell me about it. If not, that's okay too, as long as you've got the enthusiasm, the drive, and you're willing to learn fast. I care more about your attitude than your resume.
