How to navigate a difficult tech boss

Hi guys, so a bit of context. Im a backend developer (makes programs and stuff) and joined a new job about a month ago. They didnt teach me shit about the job, all i know is because i asked or discovered by myself.

So two tech lead and one product owner are my direct bosses, the tech leads are like managers of the tech side of proyects. Well the one im working with most of the time, doesn't responds my messages about things that i need to make my job, or will read it and dont answer. I dont see this boss in person almost 90% of the time, so if is not in teams, i cant talk to her.

I spoke about this with others developers and they experience is almost the same, all of them prefer working with my other boss because he will teach u and answer quickly.

I dont want to tell my PO (product owner) about how difficult is working like this because im new to the job and who will care about someone who is new vs a boss right? So, my plan is slowly get close to my other boss so i work more with him.

But still i want to hear opinions from other people about what to do in my situation, so what would you guys recommend to do?

Hi guys, im seeking advice about how to navigate this situation.

So a bit of backgorund, im in my twentys and i started a new job about a month or so as a backend dev. For the past days, the task are very easy to be honest, to te point that i delivered my first UH (user history) of medium difficulty 4 days early, and they told me about my next UH that is in analysis, but while that is ongoing i already finished the development of the UH with the requirements of the PO.

The thing is, the people sucks. Not them as a bad person or something, but more as a they dont care that im new. My Tech Leads dont show me anything unless i ask, and they didnt even presented me to anyone. Im just auto presenting with people, and tryng to know people. Even with the UH, i needed to figure out what tables are importants, where are they, for whats purpose are every table, how the apis work, etc. Since they dont have documentation. Imagine a super important table where the values are a single character or numbers, that dont refer to any table. So yeah, it was pretty rough.

And they use Oracle database, which i told them that i never used it. Like wtf is a pkg bro.

This is just shocking to me, because in all my jobs the leaders or bosses will always present me to everyone, add to all the groups, try to teach me all about the systems and tasks, etc.

Even the other people of my teams, dont even try to talk to me, and im like wtf, if there was a new person in a team where im already at i will try to help him/she to be a part of the group. Like today we have food that i bring for all the team, and they just eated and talked with THEIR FRIENDS. Like bro, im new talk to me. I just talk to three guys of the team because i was the one that started the convo and tried to get to know them.

So, if anyone was ever in this position, how will you face it? I know that since the other people dont give a fuck, i have to put effort for their lacks of leadership and empathy. I just want to heard what u guys did and what advice u have.
