So I came across Prolific, exciting and was accepted on sign up. I did all the checks, no issue - working away doing surveys then suddenly an idenity check popped up for the video check. So turned on my lights, took off my glasses and did the video - no issue right? wrong...said it failed and now closed my account down?

What if anything can I do? I have provided so much personal information to this site to prove its me, then to deny the video which is of me...what is going on? Is this the norm? Can I even get my balance now? I uploaded my drivers license....which is me, the video is me...still closed? lost!
