I currently have a season parking at the HDB block (Blk A) near my office.

I’ll be changing jobs soon and will be cancelling my season parking at that block and applying for new HDB season parking at my new office (Blk B).

My colleague recently tried applying for season parking at that block but it was indicated that the carpark has no more available slots.

Question:

can I transfer my season parking at Blk A to my colleague? Will this be immediate?
after transferring to my colleague, can I apply for season parking at Blk B? (subjected to Blk B availability)
