What’s the best way to get in touch with a SUPPO for an Officer interview?

In the OCS application, it asks for my past sit ups and run time but its planks and I rowed. I’m using the application off of mynavyhr, is this outdated?

I’m going to talk to my ESO tomorrow, but I’m trying to get this done as fast as possible so any help is appreciated
