Ruptured bicep tendon - recovery assistance please
Hi all, absolutely gutted to have ruptured a tendon to my bicep, absolutely gutted just when you feel like you’re making progress. Holiday body is not going to be what I was hoping.
Obviously not looking to rush it, but keen to look in to any assistance I can get in the process. From what I’ve seen so far, Ostarine MK-2866 seems to be spoken about a lot for this type of injury. This and MK-677. Anyone got any experience or thoughts on this?
I’m late 30s with no plans for any more kids, I’ve previously done a cycle of rad 140 so wouldn’t be my first time.
Obviously I will do my own research as well and appreciate the risks but currently I want to make sure I’m doing whatever I can.
