Bank dispute. In app purchase. Advice needed.

Hey. So I ran into a problem, I downloaded an app called “Sittsy”, I verified my account, added photos, etc(like in a normal pet sitter app), after that I was charged 29€ for “boost points” which should give members “better visibility” and stuff. These 29€ were charged instantly without any confirmation, my money just left. Then I panic, I search how to cancel this crap, cuz I don’t need it, and basically I see that they “don’t do refunds”. Also, these points are useless in my country, because there’s no people that uses this app, there’s only 2-3 pet sitters from my country and no people who needs a pet sitter. I explained the situation to Sittsy, but they said that “After reviewing your account, we can also see that your profile is still incomplete and has not yet been fully optimized.” - mind you, I did everything, but it’s just inaffetive in my country due to lack of people. I wrote them another email, asked nicely to give me a refund, but they don’t respond anymore. I opened a dispute on my bank, but I don’t even know if they will comfirm it and give my money back. Maybe someone ran into a simmilar problem and has some advice on what to do? How do I get that money back? It may sound funny, but these 29€ are important to me and now I feel scammed.
