Hi everyone! I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and dysautonomia. I have not been diagnosed with mecfs. However, I'm wondering if I need to get reevaluated for that. I definitely get PEM. I assumed that was part of my fibromyalgia. I didn't think I had a CFS because I am not always exhausted to the point where I can't do anything. However recently it's been made clear that I have adrenaline surges and dumps or more accurately noradrenaline. These will happen over the smallest things both physical and emotional. These surges cause blood pressure spikes and terrible tinnitus and internal tremors. I am basically homebound because of all my various symptoms. So I am wondering if these adrenaline surges have been masking an underlying CFS. Like my body is exhausted but that's not always evident because it just keeps sending adrenaline through my system to keep me going. Is that possible? Thanks.
