What would you do? We are looking to buy and are torn between a 1930s house in the perfect location but a more closed off floor plan; or an early 2000s house in a less optimal location (we’d have to walk down a main road with a toddler to get to the nearest park etc) but a more open feel.

I hear pros and cons of 1930s houses. My biggest concern being that they’re cold.
What would you do?
