Hey guys. I bought an apartment last year and haven't been contacted by an OMC or an agent since then, so I haven't even paid management fees. Is this normal? I heard that a welcome letter should be sent to the new owner. I tried writing an email to the agent but received no response. I recently found the name of a director of the OMC with the help of the CRO. I'm going to send a letter to their address (I couldn't find an email), but I find it strange that I need to conduct an investigation just to pay management fees. My assumption was that the OMC should be interested in receiving payments from the owners. Has anyone had similar experiences?
