(Not sure if I used the correct flair, apologies)

Witnessed a collision that might have ended up with the person at fault driving away at that intersection around 7am this morning, and I feel bad that I drove away instead of staying and being witness or making a statement on behalf of the guy in front of me that was definitely not at fault. If you drove the small white car with doddles on the front bumper that was forced to swipe the other car, please lmk if you need a witness statement or anything of the sort. It was crazy how many people decided to run that red light this morning.
