I was looking through scholarships and found the bagong Pilipinas merit Scholarship and saw that I was eligible, but when i looked at the list of programs Mechatronics was not there 💔

Does this mean I can't apply for this scholarship?

Hey! I'm starting collage in the near future ( August ) in the course Mechatronics Engineering and was wondering which skills I should improve beforehand since i have a lot of free time right now and is still pretty new to robotics, any tips guidance or suggestions would help a lot, thankyou!
