
Hi guys! My knees and the overall looking of my not-so-stiff legs was and is an insecurity of mine.
I'd like to start exercising according to my wants and not what's the "best exercise" in general. Anything that can do at home (stable bicycle,kettlebells,dumbbells available) mostly for the inner knee fat and overall lifting
