I started this journey of cryo and curattage almost 2 months now, but the first outbreak happened in Oct2025 didn’t do anything until Feb2026.
They are all gone from my genitals as far as i see, the last ones were almost invisible to the naked eye.
The first spots appeared on my penis(Oct25), and after a 2 months i saw it on my pubic area (around Feb26)
I started with two derms, one did the cryo the other did curattage on the ones that the first miss, i think this made the whole process faster but also more $$.
First one didn’t prescribe anything other than topical antibiotic for the healing of cryo:
Fucidin 2%, 2x day
Second one prescribed:
Effaclar with 2% salicylic acid for the scars and (normal acne on my face)
Isoprinosine (Metisoprinol) 500mg, 3x day for 14 days
I developed eczema around MC, got prescribed Cromus (Tracolimus) 0.03%
Zudenina (Adapaleno) 0.3% and 0.1%, 2x day on spots not treated between sessions *0.3% is a lot stronger so use it with care around face or around genitalia.
I’m still waiting on the 6-8 weeks period but brings comfort to see that i only got 1 new one in the last week already curattage.
I’m still sus around every spot, dimple, i see and panicking but i guess i’m alright so far.
(Hopefully gone or al least i’m manifesting that)
