Lentils instead of pasta
Has anyone tried putting bolognese sauce on cooked lentils with a ton of cheese? I’m CRAVING a bowl of spaghetti bolognese but even pasta substitutes (like lentil pasta or protein pasta) spike me. I’ve used lentils in the past to bulk up a bolognese or to make it veggie, so I’m not sure it would work as a neutral carrier like pasta. Any advice appreciated, also on other random “hacks” (very generous use of the word here) that help satisfy savoury cravings
