I was diagnosed with TN and got on oxcarbazepine. A month in, and my symptoms returned and are on both sides of my face and scalp when initially it was just the left side. My symptoms seem to start out and itching / tingling of my fave and scalp - it feels like bugs crawling under my skin. I don’t get the same intense pain as many of you discuss. I’m
