Was just told my cat has cancer

My poor baby's been acting funny for a couple weeks now, and I brought her to the vet last week only to find out she has cancer. I'm devastated, tbh, but I want to do what I can to help her while she's still with me. The vet said I should rethink my cats diet and find something with more protein that's better quality. I found some options that look like they could work. Their both delivery but one freezes the food (katkin) and the other is fresh (untamed). Both are based in the UK and seem like they have really good ingredients with a lot of real meat in them which is perfect for what I'm looking for, but I can't figure out if it's better to do the frozen option or fresh? I've never done frozen and it seems like it could get annoying to have to thaw it out every day but maybe I'm overthinking it. Maybe its good because it stays fresher longer? Anyone try these brands or have other brand suggestions for my situation? I think I want to keep it subscription regardless, so keep that in mind. I appreciate it.

Ran into an article the other day that talked about the importance of a high protein diet for cats because they're carnivores/natural meat eaters. I feel so dumb, like I've been treating em poorly this whole time while claiming I love em. Lookin to switch to a cat food brand with more meat thats better quality and less of the low-end slop. I don't have anyone else to ask in my own life so I've been doin my own research and found one I think I like called untamed that shocked me because they claim to use the kind of meat a human could even slap on a grill and chow on (breasts and thighs etc). Any other good cat food brands I mighta missed before I sign up for this subscription?
