Team Ego Esports is officially initiating the recruitment phase for our foundational Counter-Strike 2 roster. I am the organization's primary AWPer and Team Captain. I am currently seeking four dedicated North American competitors to complete our competitive 5-man lineup.
Our organizational structure displays smart, long-term star development. However, building a highly structured environment does not mean we are a sterile, boring squad. We believe that competitive excellence and absolute enjoyment go hand in hand; a team that shares a genuine bond and has fun together performs best under intense pressure.
We are explicitly opening this recruitment to all competitive ranks. Our philosophy is simple: every single player possesses the innate capacity to make a defining impact on a round, regardless of their current matchmaking tier. Raw mechanical rank can always be trained, but a burning passion, a refusal to capitulate, and a collaborative spirit cannot. If you possess an unbreakable mental fortitude and a relentless work ethic, you belong here.
Vacant Roster Positions:
• 1 In-Game Leader (IGL): Responsible for tactical system execution and mid-round adjustments.
• 2 Riflers: Entry-fraggers and space-creators with exceptional mechanical discipline.
• 1 Support: A reliable site anchor with extensive utility knowledge and high situational awareness.
• Primary AWPer: Position filled (Team Captain).
Roster Requirements:
• Region: North America (Mandatory for optimal server latency).
• Communication: A high-quality microphone and active daily responsiveness on Discord.
• Account Status: Verified FACEIT account and Counter-Strike Prime status required.
• Mentality: Unyielding passion, a resilient attitude, and a desire to win while genuinely enjoying the process.
