Hi! One year ago I had a STEMI. I underwent emergency surgery and received 4 stents.
Today I’m doing great! I ride my bike, use the Tapis roulant , and do a bit of weight training.
I’m still taking a lot of medications, but that’s okay… maybe they’ll reduce some of them soon.
