The fact that eBay's stock price is holding at $108 and going up today despite the board rejecting the deal and the stock market being red suggests to me that GME, RC, and backers are accumulating eBay stock for a hostile takeover. It absolutely makes no sense for eBay to be green today if this was not the case.

If the deal price is $125, why wouldn't deal backers continue buying eBay under that price?
