Office Transfer Approval timeline
I have a personal reason which I need to relocate to the Raleigh NC from Connecticut. I have project approval but I just informed HR via email after speaking to realtors on both my current house and in Raleigh. I wanted to make sure I could sell my house and understand the housing market before committing.
What is a reasonable timeline I could be approved on this transfer? My current house is going in the market May 1st. I may push that up if the approval takes longer.
I have been with Accenture 8 years and currently L8 with very possible L7 this cycle. I also understand my order of all this might have been wrong. Put our house on market then request for transfer vs request for transfer then put my house on the markets might have been better but this is where I am now. Any insight would be helpful
