Recommendations for Kitchen Appliances
My husband and I are about to embark for the first time in a kitchen renovation. We want a 36" induction range and a 36" built-in refrigerator with a bottom freezer. Since our current fridge is a small basic Kenmore from 15+ years ago and 60+ years old cooktop and wall ovens, we really have no baseline on the current appliances or if we need all the techs that seems to come with all appliances nowadays.
After two trips to the appliances store, we narrowed down the range between SKS and Bluestar. SKS because of the builder discount, Bluestar because of the matte cooktop finish but no builder discount. For fridge, we are torn between SKS (again with the builder discount) and Sub Zero for its quality reputation but with a hefty price tag.
We are about to commit 75% on SKS for both range and fridge, but wavering due to not many reviews (the same applies to Bluestar induction) we found online.
Anyone have any experience with SKS or Bluestar with their induction range or SKS with their fridge after routine use? Thank you so much!
