Instant pot appreciation post
Hi all,
Just became a member of the sub, I have my Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus now for 6+ year and I am still so happy with it. I love being able to time in advance when to start the cooking, or keeping soups hot so when you return from a run there is soup ready and safely kept. But most importantly how well it can keep different flavours within the dish after pressure cooking.
I bought it as a student because its easy for cooking single pot dishes, and i could evade a student kitchen where 12 other students were trying to cook at the same time. But now in a different life phase, 6 years later, the IP is working like a charm and making life easier with delicous food.
What a monster.
