Could anyone list the timeline for completion of the syllabus of the maths,physics,chemistry and nsea olympiads ? For class 11 and 12 syllabus separately

I am a class 11th student preparing for jee, academically good but have not given the Olympiads other than SOF ( I didnt even know they existed and thought sof was the only one )

The physics and maths i can cover as I am also preparing for nsep and ioqm . How to prepare for the astronomy part ? Are buying books necessary?
