We‘re under contingency with a house that we really like, I’m afraid that we won’t be able to sell in time and we’ll end up losing it. We‘ve already lost one house that we liked because we couldn’t sell in time, I don’t know what else we can do.

We‘ve already come down $17,000 since listing it, yesterday we did a $9,900 price drop and still no bites. We have about 3 weeks left, what else can we do? Is it just the market? Is it mortgage rates? If this falls through I’ll probably just take the house off the market and try again rates start coming back down. Coming down more in price is out of the question.
