Should i prefer JAC colleges over tier 2 NITS in current condition? (outside delhi-st)

Looking at fees of JAC colleges vs NITS (i am st so 100% tuition fees waiver), the fees difference is huge. My parents' income is less than 4LPA so how will be tuition fees waiver here? or what kinda scholarships can i expect. I also live alot far away for delhi so thats another consideration. 95k for even getting accepting the seat is alot for me. Please someone help. If someone who had been in similar situation please dm.

i am over with jee, not interested for ja and other exams. Will prolly get mech/civil in NIT silchar using my jm rank.

Currently, my situation in maths dog shit. I got 0 in jm maths and somehow reached 70 in boards maths by studying in gap days. I lost my interest in this subject and want to revive it. So I am considering to start a bit earlier before college commences. Any tips or guide?
