What do you guys prefer?

I have this issue with colored lines and drag marks on the top surface. Sometimes I can scrape the colored lines off with my nail but it's hard to get all off and I notice drag marks as well.

I have zhop when retracting set to 0 so its off. Should I turn it on? and what should I set it at? Spiral or ramp?

I don't think its my temp because I calibrated it with a temp tower.
