I’ve had my Alocasia Antoro Velvet for about 5 weeks now, and right from the beginning the leaves started to curl inward/close up. Shortly after that, the two lower leaves dried up and fell off.
In the meantime, one new leaf emerged, but now additional leaves have started to dry out as well.
I regularly increase humidity (my Polly and Dragon Scale are doing fine under the same conditions). I also let the soil dry out between waterings.
The only potential issue I can think of is a draft from an open window nearby.
Could a draft really have such a negative impact on the plant, or could insufficient light be a factor as well?
