Gear question: shoe and pedal compatibility
I currently have flat pedals and looking to upgrade. My first question is do I need to buy additional hardware from these shoes ShimanoRC302 and pedals Shimano RS500 SPD-SL.
I've seen actual cleet hardware, but not sure if that is included on, or built into the shoe.
