I'm trying to play Star Road on my Everdrive. I tried Kaze's console edition, but it runs very poorly and getting a game over results in a softlock. I found an N64 port on romhacking .com that runs really well, but it doesn't save my progress. I made sure to save my game, press the reset button on my console, and then turn it off.
Has anyone else been able to make this hack work on console? I downloaded the most recent version off of romhacking .com:
