My Metoidioplasty pics - 2021 Peter Raphael
Time to share mine. Procedure was done in 2021 by Peter Raphael with "Centurion" method where he incorporates ligaments on either side to make it thicker. No UL - I'm older and he strongly advised against it. I don't mind sitting to pee but I sure miss being able to ejaculate like a man. This pic is post pumping so it's at its maximum possible size and never gets hard just chubby. The Good: It *is* thick at the base; the implants look almost like single sack; the biomechanics (up down motion) are very masculine; the package is pretty much a handful and I love that feeling. The Bad: the main shaft retracted so about 1 inch of visible length is empty just loose skin (Raphael has offered to fix it); there's no visible glans and honestly I'm not even sure where the glans is. The Ugly: the top side is a mess. My clitoral hood had a deep 'V' in it and he tried to fix that with sutures but I don't like the look. I am going to try filler injections to smooth it out.
