IsItBullshit: Grounding?
I understand the concept of being grounded as a mental state, and I know that practices like forest bathing have real benefits. I guess the best way to describe the feeling one has after a walk in the woods is "feeling grounded." My question isn't about any of that.
I'm wondering about the YouTube ads I keep seeing for "grounding sheets" and "grounding pads," where a low-level current (or something?) is run through the sheets you sleep in or a pad you stand on, and it supposedly has a whole bunch of health benefits.
Sounds like bullshit to me. Am I wrong?
