I'm going crazy, and it's not easy to find this information online. I hope this hasn't been explained elsewhere already, but I haven't found anything.

Let me explain. Let's take for granted that it's possible to sample while a sample is playing on another pad via external sources (EXTIN).

Let's take for granted that I can record a pattern and then "bake" it into a sample using COPY.

But my doubt is whether it's possible to do this: I have a sample on Pad 2. I have samples on Pads 4 and 5.

I would like to loop Sample 2 in the "background" and resample Pads 4 and 5 while Pad 2 is running.

The result should be a resample of only Pads 4 and 5... without Pad 2.

Is it possible?
