Don't buy Tata Sierra - frustrated customer

It's been a month since I've been fighting for a car I bought

It all started on 16 April - I go to my dealer (Kropex Auto) to get my vehicle. The vehicle starts making weird noises once I start the ac. As per the dealer this is common in every car and more so in sierra so I should take the delivery. I fought back and eventually managed to push them to get it checked before the delivery. It took them 11 days to come back and inform that a nut had gone loose due to engine heating - I fought as this seemed to be too trivial of a reason for them to take 11 days - but couldn't manage to achieve anything

After 10 days of fighting I lost hope and went to take the delivery

The rest is there in the linkedin post attached

I still don't know what's being done to my car at the service center. The SC team states that tata motors is handling the case and I should ask them. Tata motors does not give any answers

Don't buy the Tata Sierra till these issues get resolved is my humble opinion

Edit 1: The PDI was done - but surprisingly couldn't catch these issues then
