Making chile mash for homemade sriracha

This was years ago. Worked great, made a ton of over-the-top good sauce that still makes my mouth water just thinking about it. The mash itself was so tasty I kept grabbing spoonfuls of it while it was fermenting. ㌨

“Hey, I can just check to see if either of those chests is a mimic by firing a disintegration beam through both of them! Two birds, one… chest. Oh. Right.” (-_-)

Snapped this pic in 2019. Highly recommend old-school cyberpunks check out that town if you ever get the chance. The whole place is like this. Other cities try hard to be futuristic, and some of them really pull it off. Vientiane doesn’t even have to try — it already embodies the future, just not the shiny one the others are going for. More like a Gibson novel than anywhere I’ve seen. High tech, low life, and every inch is beautiful.
