Anyone else running this weapon? How’s it performing for you?"

[Question]

Hey guys,

I’m not very used to Reddit, but I wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing something like this.

I recently got a Motorola Edge 60 Neo and noticed a weird visual glitch. I’m not sure if it’s actually a bug or something normal, so I wanted to check with you all.

It only happens during video playback, especially:

- when I press play

- or when switching between videos

It looks like a quick “static” or old TV noise effect, but it’s very fast (less than a second). In my case it’s pretty subtle, usually on the sides or middle of the screen.

Some important details:

- it never happens during normal system usage

- I don’t see it in banking apps or general UI

- it’s not frequent, pretty random

- I’ve seen it on TikTok, WhatsApp and a third-party video app

- I don’t really notice it on YouTube

Other things I noticed:

- seems more likely to happen in portrait mode

- sometimes when scrolling fast or switching videos quickly

- brightness might affect it a bit

I’ve restarted the phone a few times and it reduced a lot, but I still saw it happen again once.

So I’m wondering:

Has anyone else experienced this on this device or similar ones?

Does this sound like a software/rendering (GPU) issue or something related to the display?

Any help or insight would be appreciated 🙏
