Id like to have this sit inside my kitchen counter either with a wooden block over it when I don’t need access.

Or still in the lower cabinets but on rails to side out into the galley.

Terrible idea, great one, expensive, lots of custom long jobs ?

Not sure if any moister will get properly vented since it’s not a closed space or if I need to do something w it
