I currently have a C-3080 that i work with and for a while we have been running into a problem. I have asked several technicians what their thoughts are and all of them essentially answered with “i dunno”. Attached is a picture of the paper “jam” we are experiencing, it literally just stops printing and wastes an entire booklet plus 5-10 sheets of paper. Anyone run into this before, and if so, any suggestions on what to do?
