Hi all, we lost our beloved sweet pea (Rockie) this past week. Rather suddenly but not when we consider the severe pancreatitis attacks, renal failure, and gallbladder disease we’ve been navigating. She was only 8.5 and we hiked almost fanatically. I thought her strong heart would help her live longer. Anyway. I’m struggling so badly. We’ve had other dogs before but this was our first Wheaten that we got from a pup and I feel like part of me died. I miss my girl so much.
