Is there a way to confirm my automatic stay for state court proceedings? Opposing attorney is denying my stay validation .

Does filing chapter 13 after 7 discharged a week before that invoke the 30 day stay rule or being that the 7 discharged instead of dismissed mean automatic stay is regular?

I want a bigger larger fold like trifold but with 2 folds lol currently on 5 any answers to if the fold 8 will be bigger by a lot to the fold 5?
