Hi! I’m new to orchids. this is my first time trying to keep an orchid and actually reflower it. i got this 3 in 1 orchid from Trader Joe’s and of course there’s no inner pot 😒

im worried about root rot and want to replant but (1) ive seen a lot of advice stating not to repot when in bloom and (2) the plants seem really packed in tight and I’m not sure how to get them out safely.

part of me thought to wait until all the blooms fall off but I already have tips of my orchid dying (pictured).

what do you suggest I do?

when I do repot can i keep all three plants together still in the same decorative vase? or do I need a bigger vase for that? any size recommendations or favorite products?
